WW - Rolex Oyster Perpetual "Meters First" Submariner, ref 5513, date code II-67 circa 1967, 42mm x 47mm to lug tips, 20mm lug width, original stainless steel screw back Oyster case and bi-directional timing bezel, Oyster flip lock bracelet with fold out diver's extension, original black matte meters first dial with tritium painted lume plots, 17J cal 1520, s#1749730, triple signed with signed clasp, bracelet ref 93150 with 580 end pieces, inside back ref 5513. Includes period inner and outer box.
CONDITION:
Mvt: GRO, near mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, no oxide on rotor, no oxide elsewhere, very light micro-fine scratches to plate edges; near flawless dial with lemon yellow aged lume plots; near mint hands; lightly polished original head shows very little wear, lug chamfers still visible, no dents or dings; bracelet shows hardly any wear, hardly any stretch; original Rolex crown shows little wear with two small dents on the edge that do not inhibit screwing the crown in place, good threads; good crystal; resealed for auction. Inner box shows hardly any wear, outer box shows light paint loss along the corners.
